Global Category Manager, FuelMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Primary responsibilities:
Development of organizational procurement strategy for fuel, both in Poland and globally
Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
Creation and ongoing value creation with a world class supply base
Management of short, mid, and long term goals and objectives
Creation and constant improvement of best-practice based processes
Management of sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities
Major requirements:
At least 5 years of fuel supply management experience
In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
Working knowledge of finance and accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, risk management, etc.
Strong negotiation skills to use for large commercial deals
Team player at all levels to collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, HR, Legal etc.
Operational management and general business skills
Excellent communication and change management skills
Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
Full professional fluency in English and Polish
