GL Accountant with English
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor our Client we are currently recruiting for an GL Accountant with English to join a well-established global company, which is successfully building SSC structures in Cracow.
Responsibilities:
- Performing General Accounting activities: month closing, preparing journal entries, uploading and processing bank statements, posting cash reports, preparing reports, reconciliations for dedicated accounts, explaining unrecognized items
- Participating in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation over financial reporting
- Cooperating with external audit, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of deliverables to the auditor
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis, ensuring timely and accurate responses to any client queries
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in existing business practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in GL process
- University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
