For our Client, an innovative company which is launching their SSC in Warsaw we are looking for General Ledger Senior Specialists to join the newly created finance department.
While working at this position you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of month-end closing activities. What is more, you will be responsible for end to end process: managing system interfaces, recording pre-closing transactions as well as closing books and performing post-closing activities. Your role within the team will be also connected with training and overseeing junior accountants, so you will have a chance also to develop your managerial skills.
An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with ideally first leadership experience. Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics educational background, as well as experience in a similar role is crucial- preferably 3 years as a minimum.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English, additional European language would be an asset. Proficiency in SAP as well as Excel are strongly preferred.
