For our Client, the American multi-channel retailer who established a Global Business Services Centre in Krakow we are looking for a person who will take the position of Fraud Associate in newly created team.

You will have an unique opportunity to take part in building Finance Team at international environment.
On this position you will be responsible for complex research on anomalies in customer orders and accounts. You will work within the parameters of department guidelines while making decisions on risky transactions at a rate consistent with established department guidelines.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical so legitimate customers are not impacted by the effort to prevent fraud. You need to able to fluently communicate in English and be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
KYC/AML experience will be a strong asset.
