Are you looking for first professional experience in multinational company?
For our client - well-known production company - we are looking for Customer Care Professionalswith foreign languages. Office is located in the heart of Warsaw and it is focused to provide HR support for internal employees, located in more than 7 European countries.
Your future responsibilities include:
• Resolving customer request in such areas as Performance, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards, Direct Access
Portal and general employment inquiries
• Navigating and educating other employees on the use of HR portal
• Continuously looking for areas of improvement and implementation
Candidate requirements
• University degree: min. Bachelor degree or in the course of Master studying (student status is not required)
• Fluent in foreign languages: English as a shared language, fluency in second language: German or
French as you are going to use them every day – written and oral fluency
• High communication skills
• Positive and result-driven attitude
• Customer orientation
