On behalf of our Client, a leading global financial services company. We are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Financial Information Reporting Associate.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be a part of Global Financial Information Reporting Solutions (FIRS) team and you will define and deliver target end state operating model and technology requirements to strategically source data required for both internal and external reporting, and assist in positioning the firm to better respond to changing regulatory environments and internal demand requests. As part of FIRS, the Internal Reporting Solutions team is focused on providing environmental readiness (fit-for-use), data quality and enrichment, and enhanced reporting and analysis across critical corporate internal reporting platforms.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 4 years of relevant experience from the financial institution and regulatory reporting background supported by at least 2 years of team management experience. Banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities and debt securities would be an advantage. We are looking for a pro-active self-starter with strong analytical skills and knowledge with excellent cooperation skills, combined with ability to make tough decisions and leading with conviction. Moreover, the candidate we are looking for would be a strategic thinker with ability to take initiative and constantly challenge the process. Fluent English is a must.
