For our Client, a well-known international retail company, we are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious Candidate for the position of Financial Controller.
The Financial Controller is a regional resource responsible for performance control of foreign franchise channel. The most important tasks consist of: business and financial analysis of dedicated area, analysis direct and indirect costs (identification of cost drivers), preparation of financial/business reports/cases as well as presentations. The person on this position will be also responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Scope of duties will include preparation and presentation of financial analyses supporting project key decisions, constant operational cooperation with project managers and project teams and control of projects‘ realization within dedicated budgets. Financial Controller will take a part in development of analytical tools serving for optimal process of decision making.
To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 3 years’ experience at similar position, gained at retail company, Master Degree in Finance, Economics or related and fluent English (min. B2/C1 level). If you demonstrate a solid knowledge and understanding of controlling and processes in retail industry, we are more than welcome to talk to you! We need you also to be familiar with ERP standards and present very good knowledge of Excel. We are looking for Candidate with highly developed interpersonal skills, initiative, energy, ambition, assertiveness, and demonstrating high analytical skills, goal orientation, effective communication and independence/self-reliance. Openness to ask questions and question status quo will be more than appreciated.
