We39re looking for an experienced Financial Controller who will join our client - a production company located in Leszno.
Job details:
- Leads and prepares all financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting process. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
- Prepares monthly and annual financial reporting (group and statutory).
- Provide strategic, multidimensional and insightful analysis to support an organisation in making key business decisions.
- Cost management, control and analysis.
- Cash flow management, control and analysis.
- Assists in audits, responsible for internal controls and contact with external authorities.
Required qualifications and experience:
- University39s degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
- Professional experience in the field of controlling, as Financial Controller or relevant role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience of using ERP’s system.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently.
