Financial Accounting & Reporting Senior Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Main responsibilities
- Supporting Financial Controlling activities for European countries to ensure financial compliance according to IFRS and local GAAP
- Providing periodical financial accounting & reporting
- Providing monthly finance reporting (month-end close) and managing the preparation of statutory accounts
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual corporate reporting
- Preparing Statutory to IFRS reconciliation and analysis
- Supporting internal audit and tax audits
- Taking part in the finance department projects and Lean activities
Requirements
- Relevant educational background within Finance & Accounting or similar faculty (CIMA or ACCA certification would be an asset)
- Strong professional experience in accounting and reporting
- Experience in audit and supporting financial controlling operations would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of English (preferably C1 level)
- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP is desirable
- Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to cooperate in a global work environment
- Knowledge of accounting ERP systems and SSC/BPO sector would be an asset
