Opis stanowiska pracy

Job description:

  • Daily data-entry of accounts payables including: supplier invoices, credit notes, adjustments and payments
  • Daily data-entry of accounts receivable including: customer remittances, invoices, credit notes and adjustment receipts
  • Setup and maintenance of customers and vendors database
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts including bank accounts, balance sheet items, expenses, integrity errors, etc
  • Clarifying discrepancies on finance documentation with suppliers and customers (in close cooperation with Customer Service/Sales/Purchasing departments)
  • Banking and cash flow management: setup of all payments to creditors or employees (salaries, reimbursements), controlling incoming payments from customers, generating bank statements, contacting the bank to clarify issues
  • Coordination documentation for Intrastat declaration
  • Ongoing maintenance of import and exports documentation
  • Maintenance of petty cash and reconciling the account
  • Accounting for business travels and expense reimbursement
  • Maintaining the accounts filing system of finance documentation in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with Polish regulations
  • Coordinating and preparing monthly management reports
  • General Administration duties and other tasks as directed by Management

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting department
  • Experience in data-entry
  • High level computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills in English language
  • High problem-solving, research and analytical skills
  • Pro-active approach in solving problems - taking prompt action to accomplish objectives using initiative
