Finance Process Excellence Manager - new SSC!
Our Client, an international company from the bio-science industry, is now looking for a Finance Process Excellence Manager to join their newly created Team! This person will cooperate with the Accounting Team Leads and will report to the Head of SSC.

- Document and understand the PTP, RTR and OTC processes to perform process improvements and to help maximise the potential of the accounting systems
- Identify and document issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to processes performed by and systems
- Implement solutions to improve processes and systems
- Support governance procedures to facilitate ongoing operations.
- Support the migration of new work to SSC from existing local operations and new acquisitions.
- Higher education in the field of Finance and Accounting (or related)
- Fluency in English (at least on a B2+ level)
- Excellent understanding of Accounting processes, especially in the PTP department
- Experience in process improvement/process excellence is required
- Knowledge of SAP is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytic thinking
