For one of our Clients - international company operated on the construction market - we are currently looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of: Finance & Administrative Manager.
The Finance & Administrative Manager leads the project’s accounting, payroll, administration and other general financial functions, on this position you will be responsible for reporting to the Finance Managers of Project partners and project manager. Main duties: develop and maintain financial forecasting (cash flow, taxation) and reporting procedures to meet Partner Company requirements, consolidate the financial information from different ERP systems to deliver to project management, ensure adequate commercial and administrative support resources to effectively deliver the project, e.g. site administration, payroll, accounting, financing companies, manage the administration of internal/external financial transactions undertaken by the team, including payroll where applicable, control the maintenance of financial records for the project, measure and monitor financial performance against the Project Objectives, manage the IT team for the Project, managing the insurance contract, manage a team of appx 15 people.
Finance & Administrative Manager should have master degree diploma (in finance and accounting), has to be fluent in English, has previous Big4 experience, at least 5-6 years of experience as Finance and Administration Manager in construction companies, needs to be independent and has great managerial skills. We are looking for proactive and hands on attitude person with solid finance and accounting knowledge and leadership skills. CIMA or ACCA qualifications would be a plus. Construction industry experience is a big plus!
