On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a newly created position of Finance & Accounting Manager.
The successful Candidate will have overall control and responsibility for all financial and accounting aspects of company performance, including all accounting matters for Polish plant, monthly forecasting, financial close, annual strategic and business plan, control of product profitability and actively participate in drawing up the budget and monitoring of working capital and cash.
Person employed in this position will be responsible for supporting the Plant Manager with understanding and analyzing financial information.
Moreover, her/his scope of duties will also cover all requirements arising from tax and accounting regulations, tax management and preparation of financial statements, closing the books and ensure the integrity of the monthly reporting with Group standards. Finance & Administration Manager will actively participate in external and internal audits.
We are looking for a person who has financial acumen, university degree with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting, experience on the managerial position gained in manufacturing companies. We are looking for Candidates with negotiating, effective organisational and time management skills ready to build financial and accounting structures in the company. Able to communicate with all levels across the organization, behave as a business partner.
Very good English is a must.
