Key Accountabilities:
- Managing month end activities (preparation, review & approval)
- Managing monthly reconciliation of the payroll, baseline, projects costs, savings and transition costs
- Cost savings and Gross profit increase initiatives.
- P&L reporting, review & reconciliation for bottom line result
- P&L Outlook analysis & reporting / Forecast
- Introduce & improve internal control/ risk management
- Project cash flow review, consolidation & reporting
- Baseline budget preparation & communication
- Process alignment, improvement & simplification
- Complete monthly pass through reconciliations between systems & reported numbers
- Produce monthly commercial analysis of out of scope activities, including project profitability tracker, and assist Projects lead in managing Client’s budgets
- Ensure end-to-end contract finance procedures are adhered and implement improvement where appropriate
- Review the numbers with the site facility managers and coordinators
- Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis to Financial Account Lead, as required
Requirements:
- Financial experience in similar role of 5 years with qualified management and/ or audit experience will be added advantage
- Fluent English & Polish language knowledge (business communication)
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy/ Finance or Professional Accounting/ Finance qualification
- Analytical skills and high level of accuracy
- Ensuring full audit trail of all financial transactions including SOX compliance requirements
- Ability to confidently work through problems and identify solutions/recommendations that have direct impact on operations
- Basic management skills (will be managing one employee that support local processes)
- Commercial approach
- Problem solving Skills
- Strong user of Excel (eg. V-look up, text to columns, pivot tables, conditional formatting, join text, ifs, etc.)
