For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Facility Manager.
Within this position you will be responsible for coordination of the operational day to day aspects of company colleague/occupier and building management including the management of contractors and organising unscheduled maintenance and reactive works. You will be acting as the first point of contact for all colleague and occupier queries and escalation from the Service Desk. You will be developing working relationships with contractors and service providers as well as be responsible for a range of policy implementations and service development
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience or background in a related Facilities Management discipline is also required. Health & Safety experience will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
