Facilities Manager (m/f)

In this position, you will:
  • oversee daily operations of both facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and infrastructure systems,
  • manage service contracts and vendors for facility-related services (e.g., HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, and waste disposal),
  • coordinate facility improvements, expansions, and space utilization projects,
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment across both sites,
  • develop and manage facility and maintenance budgets for both sites,
  • identify opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency improvements, and equipment lifecycle planning,
  • participate in strategic planning related to facility layout changes, capital investments, and long-term growth,
  • ensure operations comply with OSHA, EPA, local building codes, and fire/life safety regulations,
  • support EHS programs in partnership with safety and operations personnel,
  • support company-wide safety programs and emergency preparedness plans,
  • coordinate and document inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance activities,
  • lead the maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment, including: manual and automated welding machines, CNC and manual machining centers,
  • supervise and support facility and maintenance personnel across Tulsa and Claremore sites,
  • assign and oversee work orders, monitor task completion, and provide hands-on support as needed,
  • manage vendor relationships, including negotiating service contracts and tracking performance.

Our requirements:
  • 10+ years of facility or industrial maintenance management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
  • hands-on mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills required,
  • demonstrated experience maintaining and troubleshooting welding systems, CNC machinery, cranes, compressed air systems, and oil flushing equipment,
  • proven ability to manage maintenance teams and multiple facility priorities effectively,
  • strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) and regulatory compliance,
  • proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite,
  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field,
  • certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent.
