Currently for our Client, a leading global financial services firm who is a leader in investment banking, we are looking for External Reporting Strategy and Analytics Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Reporting Strategy and Analytics Manager you will be accountable for managing a team professionals who are responsible for the delivery of the regulatory reports as per the FED/SEC requirements. Your duties will include talent acquisition, development and motivation of the team including objective setting, performance appraisals and career planning. The priorities of the team include preparation of the regulatory reports as per FED/SEC requirements on monthly and quarterly basis, collaborating across world with multiple stakeholders for sourcing information and delivering as per the requirements. What is more, the team will be ensuring requisite documentation is in place covering the process and conceptual part of activities; data integrity by adhering to the internal control policies and procedures and supporting new business initiatives wherever applicable. You will be also providing the proper responses to the audit as well as supporting in the User Acceptance Testing`s wherever applicable.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate should possess CA/CPA/CFA/MBA Finance from a premier institute with minimum 6 plus years of management experience supported by college degree in Finance/Commerce or similar field. Good logical and analytical skills, strong accounting skills and aptitude to work with numbers, communication and communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Moreover, The Candidate we are looking for is proficient with MS Office applications and fluent in English. Regulatory reporting background and knowledge of US GAAP as well as banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities and debt securities will be an advantage. Candidate should be flexible with shift timing.
