Capgemini is seeking for a bilingual (French, English) Personal Assistant for a fantastic opportunity in Krakow supporting the 3 Executives based in France.
This role is best suited to an individual who has the capability to take responsibility for managing complex organizational tasks in demanding professional international environment and have outstanding attention to detail and prioritization but also is eager to learn. Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, arranging international travel, internal and external client meetings, coordination of the Intranet and any other ad hoc duties as required. Applying for this role the candidate should have a very good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point and have the ability to work effectively at senior levels. To be successful in this role you will be required to be pro-active, organised and highly professional, also, present excellent interpersonal skills along with strong decision making skills.
Job Description:
This is a very varied and involved role, whose duties include:
- Extensive diary Management of 3 busy Vice Presidents
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Organizing internal and external meetings across the globe
- Applying for visas, passports and other business related documents
- Produce presentation materials using PowerPoint
- Ensuring the VPs have what they need for meetings and that they arrive on time
- Taking Minutes
- Maintain the Infra Finance community intranet site
- On behalf of, or in the absence of, the VPs, acting as liaison with the Executive and management teams, well as with various Institutions and clients
