For one of our clients, big international company with offices in Warsaw, we are looking for assistants that would like to develop their skills and gain more experience working in a team providing support to the managers. Since they are located in the USA your working hours will be 1 – 9 p.m.
What will be your responsibilities?
You will be responsible for remotely supporting the managers with all administration related matters. Your daily duties may include arranging meetings, managing the managers’ calendars, writing reports and resolving issues. You will also be responsible for looking out for any abnormalities like overlapping meetings or errors in documents.
What do you need to be successful?
To be successful on this position you need to be perfectly organised and willing to work with English speakers on daily basis. You need to have at least C1 level of English yourself. This position will have you working with many people so you have to be communicative and able to work in fast changing environment.
Experience within administration areas is a must.
