This position is to support large Exchange 2010 infrastructure, Symantec EV system, Office 365, Cisco CES & Mimecast E-mail continuity platform, third party mail delivery solutions and play active role in the problems investigation activity.Employees must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with excellent technical and communication skills and have the ability to manage a multitude of assignments independently. Person on this position will be responsible for the identification, and investigation of all supported services problems and issues in Exchange, Symantec EV, Office 365 platforms performing root cause analysis, and implementing an action plan for the resolution and dissemination of conclusions. Next responsibilities are:management of cloud service providers for message hygiene such as office 365 protection, Cisco CES cloud service, Mimecast E-mail continuity, look after Incidents and Problems queues in the IT Service Management System to SLA. On Engineer position you will work closely with other IT teams.
Czego potrzebujesz, aby osiągnąć sukces?
An ideal Candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience intechnical support in large infrastructures supporting Microsoft Directory Services and Exchange 2010/2013 in Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 environments. Hands on experience withExchange 2010/2013 design, implementation, and migration is a must.
Understanding of: Symantec EV 10, or other e-mail archiving tools,third party cloud e-mail security services (Cisco, Postini/Google, Message Labs, Mimecast etc.), e-mail encryption technologies (S/MIME, TLS, PGP).Certification on MS Exchange 2010/2013 and Lync 2010/2013 would be an advantage.
