European digital data analytics Manager

Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver operational Marketing Consumer analytics
- Own all relevant Marketing sources and define additional recruitment consumer data sets
- Develop and ensure execution and share common learnings
- Ensure operational and management reporting is correct, cooperation with data engineering and architecture agency to implement requirements
- Own Data Dictionary and Google Analytics
- Define and implement solutions to visualize and present operational and management reporting
- Analyze various data sources (Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.) and spot trends to derive meaningful & actionable insights to steer the business
- Coordinate with other internal data teams to constantly optimize data management and reporting processes
Requirements:
- Master degree in business schools or equivalent digital education / Master degree in math or statistics
- 3+ years’ experience in Business / Data Analysis
- Significant experience in digital marketing and in digital performance driven organizations
- Ability to identify and build data sets, analysis and identify opportunities
- Experience in leading data engineers and architects team
- High knowledge in Tech Skills, working in Marketing Analytics - Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager. Having already worked with SAP, Salesforce, other DSP/DMPs, Full Google stack knowledge, etc.
- Experience in managing external agencies/partners
- Great communication skills
- Languages: Fluent English required
