You will join our Client, an international, globally well-known company, that is opening the new office in Poland, Warsaw.

Your new role
Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Daily administration of the whistleblower tool for employees and third parties to anonymously raise concerns of ethics and integrity within the Group.
  • Acting as primary liaison between the company and whistleblowers as well as the link to Group functions and external third parties (including legal counsel) on Speak Up cases
  • Ensuring received cases are handled with full confidentiality and action taken is fully appropriate in respect to the matters that are highlighted
  • Providing periodic reports

What you'll need to succeed
We are expecting you to bring your high levels of personal integrity and empathy into play when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. Additionally, we expect that you hold a background in administration, ideally from a recognized law firm or multinational organisation, can demonstrate your ability to handle a wide range of cases, tracking their progress and ensuring they are closed. We would also like you to have full proficiency of spoken and written English.
