We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who will support our international client in the end-to-end separation process in the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for:
- end-to-end separations process in line with local legal framework (EMEA),
- resolve complex employee queries.
- preparation of leaver’s documentation,
- management of Special Equity Awards for leavers.
- outplacement administration,
- involvement in special projects, especially during re-organization,

deliver legal and HR expertise to Managers.
What you will need:
- about 3 years of exeperience withinh HR (Employee Relations, Separations Consultant, HR Generalist, HR Advisor)
- very good English,
- strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relations,
- very good knowledge of MS Excel,
- working experience in Workday will be an asset,
- Project Management skills wil be a plus.
