For an international company we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of:

EMEA Interim Benefits Manager

Holding the position of EMEA Interim Benefits Manager you will be responsible forleading in the region the design, development, implementation and execution of compliant, affordable and competitive benefit strategies,programs, and policies that align to business strategies connected with executive benefit plans, health and welfare plan management, retirement programs, time off and leave programs, and other related programs across multiple countries.

To be successful in this role you should possess huge experience in HR sector especially minimum 5 years experience in leading and managing benefits initiatives.We are looking for a person with professional competences such as project management skills, strategic thinking, building people capabilities a with proactive attitude.
Fluent English is required.International benefits experience in Europe and Asia is preferred.
