Your new company:
For our Client, a global biotechnology company,we are looking for candidates for a position of E-learning Process Administratorto join a newly created Learning Management Systems team in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As aE-learning Process Administrator you will be supporting employees in terms of a learning processes.You will review and upload training content, schedule incoming training sessions, create instructions, serve as a first point of contact for users and learners to resolve their problems and respond questions. You will become a part of a newly created team cooperating with a sister structure in US to support users globally.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in HR administrative roles - e-learning, HR operations or payroll of approximately 1-2 years min,preferably from Shared Service or BPO structure. The ideal candidate should present very good English skills,highly developed organisational skills, ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Task oriented attitude and good customer service skills will also be helpful on the mentioned position.
