
For our client - an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced person
for the position:
E-commerce ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Accountabilities:
- Manage all activities in online channels, preparing sales estimation in given areas, analysing results and proposing improvement actions. Monitoring of the company's product prices on the Internet
- Full responsibility for development of the company’s own e-commerce tools, e.g. e-store.
- Own e-shop: deliver sales by maximizing conversion and increasing base of loyal consumers. Manage the assortment , select products for promotions, set up pricing strategy with close cooperation with sales team. Develop the website and traffic analysis. Achieve high level of consumer satisfaction
- Optimize of e-commerce activities (maximizing conversions, managing customer journeys, increasing the average order value, cooperation with the team on optimizing the website performance and communication in digital channels)
- Manage and analyse of online marketing activities (SEM, SEO, Social media, e-mail marketing, Affiliation, display, others)
- Build up the image of the company's brands on partner sales platforms by creating and enforcing the best quality of communication
- Cooperate with agencies and subcontractors to plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns
- Build and execute of e-commerce strategies for the company's brands and product lines
- Recommend all online sales channels, in case of the new one – prepare the entry plan by a plan on how to enter them successfully
- Create joint sales strategies followed by ongoing cooperation with key e-retailers
Key skills:
- Higher education (marketing)
- Min 3 year experience at e-commerce manager position
- Good knowledge in Social Media, UX, SEM, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, story telling
- Good knowledge of e-PR and e-marketing (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, CMS, Wordpress)
- Project management skills, organizational skills, negotiations skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Understanding sales promo mechanism to drive sales
- English language
