For our Client we are currently looking for an experience individual to take over position of Payment Systems Development Director.
The Payment Systems Development Director will be a part of company dedicated to produce and distribute electronic payment systems along with a dedicated implementation, procurement and support service within a capital group centered on software integration.He will report directly to CEO and will be primarily responsible for: driving constant growth of market share and market recognition of the service, attracting new clients in various electronic payment areas (EFT POS, cards, SMS, e-payment, self-check, loyalty cards etc.) in Poland and abroad, close cooperation with IT Development Director to deliver high quality service in time, managing teams and participating in development of corporate growth strategy.
We are looking for a manager experienced in leading teams (5 years) with a successful track of records in strictly electronic payments sector – this is a must.We are looking for highly technical orientated, analytical person with background in software services and the ability to develop businesses and sign contracts – also a must. Person sought should be an honest and transparent business manager who will become Board Member with time. We require English fluency.
We are open to offer flexible terms of employment, competitive compensation, required working tools and the opportunity to become Managing Director with time.
