For one of our Clients, a Global Pharmaceutical Company in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Document and Data Management Specialist.
Your role
As a Document and Data Management Specialist you will be responsible for: providing system access and business advisory services on Document Management Systems for Clinical and First Doc user communities, managing system security models, proposing new solutions in order to improve documentation management systems, initiating system change requests on behalf of supported users based on First Doc change management process, develop and support business processes as they pertain to First Doc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have an experience with a large Document Management System. You will have good knowledge of processes related to documentation; publishing, submissions, knowledge of Drug Development is nice to have. You will have a high level of English (at least C1)
