For our Client, one of the biggest European life insurance company, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of Distribution Applications Manager
Distribution Applications Manager will be responsible for: active contribution to the design of the sales process contents and sales pathalong the product offer of the company, providing complex input for the pre-sales tool designto the application supplier in the format of the detailed functional requirements and delivering pre-sales tool timelyas a result of ongoing relationship and monitoring of the tool design process with the technology supplier. Other duties are to: test the pre-sales tool, develop the input for user manual, training programfor end users. Distribution Applications Manager also has to provide training to the training and business development team and to gather feedbackin the implementation phase and introduce changes.
Ideal Candidate is a person with a comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and needs based selling concept, needs analysis practices and life insurance products on the Polish market. Technological, persuasive and communication skills as well as experience in co-operating with external providers in the area of such applications as agent portal, quotations systems etc. will be an asset. Fluent English is a must.
