For our client, an international company of global reach located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for: Direct TAX Manager with Dutch.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing, counselling and mentoring assistant manager, seniors, advanced analysts and analysts, reviewing all levels of complex tax returns and financial statement as well as demonstrating leadership and executive presence. You will proactively seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams, Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure use of the methodologies, tools and technology specific to tax. Involvement in transition of work and explore the opportunity of going on rotation, communicating your progress and the project status to the reporting managers in the respective country and building positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel by demonstrating integrity and genuineness will also be your responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect Graduates/Post-graduates (BCom/BBM/MCom/MBA (Finance)) with total experience of +8 years in corporate taxation (preferably European countries). Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as great Dutch and English both written and spoken.
