This role will lead the creation, set-up and ongoing management of the digital asset management operation for ESSA.
What you will be responsible for?
- Lead operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within Client's ESSA, partnering with and delivering this service to Business Units and category teams across ESSA,
- Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets
- Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability, ready for go-live
- Lead the culture change to embed Asset Management within Client's ESSA, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, whilst advocating across marketing teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and govern the management and optimisation of digital assets
- Continually identify opportunities to optimise process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Have minimum 3 years experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
- Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
