Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage regional digital marketing campaigns & EMEAC Hub social media:
- Applying the digital marketing strategy regionally and implementing and optimising it to ensure a high rate of consumer acquisition
- Being a trustful relay to the Global Senior Digital & Consumer engagement Manager
- Create relevant native content for digital platforms blasting
- Effective use of social media and ePR campaigns
- Lead & manage the regional social media platform
- Budget planning for all the digital activities throughout the year
- EMEAC toolkit/ content creation and adaptation experience for owned, earned & paid
- Ability to strategize digital best practices for EMEAC region
- Knowledge of the EMEAC Influencers, KOLs panorama
Optimize digital campaigns results & maximize KPIs:
- Tracking performance against marketing KPIs
- Deliver optimized regional digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse and propose new campaigns for future ecommerce opportunity
- Update and sharpen the regional website to ensure a high consumer conversion rate
- Experience on managing Paid media channels in addition to owned and earned media
Coordination with the global & regional Marketing Brand Team, EMEAC Hub agencies & partners:
- Taking leadership in applying the online strategy for the brand awarness and growth in the regional digital space
- On-going innovation with markets to explore new channel and content direction for digital and social media platform
- Digital activation for on-off line initiatives
- Efficent planning and monitoring of regional agencies and partners
- Work closely with the regional Brand Managers
- Support in the Website EMEAC markets roll-out
Expectation:
- Master degree equivalence in communication / Marketing, Digital marketing
- Fluent in English is a must
- 5- years + working in FMCG industry (experience in skincare, cosmetics or beauty a +)
- 5- years proven track record working in digital marketing role
- experience in regional and / or global role
- Knowledge of regional digital platforms
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Thought leader & In depth understanding of the consumer industry
- Results orientated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset (creative thinking and innovation)
- Agile thinking – translate experience to strategies for improving results/ ideas
- Ability to foster teamwork with strong team, communication skills
- Ability to deal with peaks and troughs in workload and manage stress and dynamic environmental changes
- Experience in social media & digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of a variety of regional digital channels and how to maximize them for different marketing activities
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- A strong interest in learning and keeping up to date with new technologies, digital platforms, digital marketing trends and best practices
