Responsibilities
  • Support operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system
  • Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets
  • Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability, ready for go-live
  • Support embedding Asset Management
  • Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution
  • Produce quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics
  • Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functioanlity, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability
  • Supporting a team of one, with a focus on clarity of key priorities, with project management skills to adhere to project plans

Key Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity

  • Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
