Hays is recruiting for positions within MyP&O (People and Organization)which is a part of a global network of Service Centers.
This HR Service Center aims to be the best in providing outstanding customer experience focusing on the needs of Mars Associates, helping them and guiding through their Mars adventure. Associates working within this center will have a chance to be a part of a brand new challenge, supporting 7 European countries in their HR mattersand developing their carriers within Mars Family.
ABOUT POSITION
The Delivery Support Analyst will be responsible for the delivery of quality administrative and support services,including but not limited to documentation management and ensure routing and approval of transactions in accordance with established guidelines and business processes. A key focus of the incumbent in this role is to deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in administration, HR or customer service.The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent foreign languages skills: English, French, German or Dutch.Good organisational skills and attention to details are must on this position. We are looking for candidates with highly developed communication skills and a positive, result-oriented attitude who are looking for a chance to develop in HR in an international organisation and a well-known brand.
