Responsibilities:
- Identify, define and design analytical solutions based on customer and stakeholders requirements for data and information; drive business and technical solutions design
- Perform research, design, implementation and validation of algorithms and methods to analyze diverse data sources and vast data sets
- Prepare data reports and visualizations
- Collaborate with data source owners and data warehouse teams to understand and receive data requested for analysis
- Identify data reliability and accuracy improvement opportunities as well as innovations and automations of daily work opportunities
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable competence build
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics Econometrics, Physics, or similar quantitative/technical field of study
- 4+ years of experience in data scientist role or in relevant role related to working with big data sets
- Experience and knowledge in performing advanced quantitative analyses
- Experience and knowledge in creating reports and data visualizations based on business requirements for precise information
- Experience in mathematical software, databases, programming languages, and comfortable working with large data sets (R/Matlab/Python/SQL or others)
- Experience in data visualization software or reporting tools (SAP BO, Lumira, Tableau or others)
