Data Quality Expert
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaMain activities:
- Ensures an adequate set of reports to measure performance by creating an overview of the need for (steering) information
- Writes requirements(=functional specifications) for KPI and performance reporting
- Does proposals and setup a DQ dashboard for management (HR, Employee Services and Business)
- Identifies opportunities in delivering performance (KPI’s and data quality indicators) based on reports and problems
- Advises on improving processes, tools and reports to stakeholders and creates support
- Assures proposals for the implementation of internal quality audits to the Employee Services management and create support for this
- Conducts internal quality audits within the Employee Services organization in the field of data, processes, tools etc.
- Manages an up-to-date Book of Internal Control (BIC)
- Identifying undesirable deviations of the internal control rules
- Advises Employee Services management on the correct applications
- Contact for the audits, BIC and processes
Requirements:
- Experience in data management
- Fluent English
- Experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Power BI
- Very solid excel know-how
