Data Analyst in Risk Departament
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaResponsibilities:
- working together in a local team of business analyst supporting Program Management and Delivery teams of Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting Program
- working closely with key internal (i.e. Project Managers, Program Director, PMO teams) and external (federated programs) program stakeholders
- install and maintain project management best practices like progress tracking, change & scope management, risk & issue management, change and dependencies management
- engage with the various stakeholders and attend projects regular status meetings as well as present findings to senior stakeholders
- support team structure, identity and assigned roles and responsibilities in line with agreed team approach
- continually looking for processes and tools improvements, enabling individual team members strengths and expertise to maximize effectiveness and quality of the initiatives taken for the program
- manage communications, including preparation of presentations and representation of the local team at various status meetings and working groups with program stakeholders
- support various program forums in materials preparation, meeting scheduling, communications, driving briefing sessions and managing follow up actions
From the candidates we expect:
- university degree education ideally with focus on Technology, Finance and/or Business Administration focus
- excellent MS Offices skills (including MS Access and MS Project)
- fluent written and spoken English
- understanding of Risk (especially Credit and Market Risk) practices and processes
- experience with Reporting & Visualisation related processes, Tools, Applications and Products
- experience with managing and work with teams across multiple locations
- detailed understanding of business and IT project lifecycles
- ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision
- ideally project management certification (PRINCE II, PMI etc.)
- experience of responsibility for both IT and business aspects of project management
