For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for Data Analyst in HR field.
Within this role you will be responsible for transforming and analysing HR data, develop and maintain dashboard solutions in Tableau, create analysis and visualizations. You will also cooperate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables, identify trends and patterns in HR data and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience as Business Analyst in HR department and proficiency in Tableau for developing dashboards and visualizations. Fluent English skills are also required.
