The challenges waiting for you:
  • Deployments of software packages through SPUDs and via direct Linux interaction
  • Investigate and remediate issues alerted to us by email or ticket
  • Monitor and review reports for to proactively address issues
  • Coordinate with other teams to remediate problems, follow up on long-term solutions, and deliver updates to the proper points of contact
Required skills:
  • Linux skills
  • Splunk Experience
  • Strong problem solving and investigation skills
  • Understanding of information security
  • Understands AGILE approaches

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any certifications in ITIL, AGILE, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Process building and improvement
  • Experience in niche security products, such as EnCase, Anomali, Resilient, PhishMe a plus
