Job Description
For one of our Clients - leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet, we are currently looking for Customer Support Engineer, who will cover the highest level of technical support.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to partners and customers world wide for multiple technologies, products, and/or solutions.
- Resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems (simulating technical problems in lab environment)
- Writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
- Providing internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
- Escalating some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product enhancement.
- Achieving common goals.
- Striving to technical excellence and expertise.
Requirements:
- Engineering, electrical engineering or computer science Master degree
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in telecommunication domain.
- Very good knowledge on CCNA or CCNP level
- Fluent in English and in Russian;
