Opis stanowiska pracy

You will be part of international team supporting one of the most recognizable and prestigious company from banking sector. Your role will be an ongoing relationship with EMEA based Commercial Card Clients following set up by the implementation and provide a single point of contact for client queries and concerns.


Customer Specialist with German or FrenchMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your duties:

  • Frequent proactive client communication - regular conference calls
  • Organize regular client service face to face reviews in collaboration with Account Management/ Relationship Management and other functional areas where relevant
  • Influence the client to ensure that their program operates optimally
  • Daily problem solving with key contacts at the client’s organization with an emphasis on resolving the root causes of any issues
  • Taking ownership of issues and coordinating fast resolution
  • Practice effective continuous process improvement within Operations and with a client to reduce errors, bottlenecks and ultimately, costs
  • Identify areas to cross-sell products/solutions to existing clients and work with the teams to develop these leads


If you:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in customer service within a corporate environment
  • Fluent English and advanced German or French
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
