If you are a communicative person, with strong problem-solving skills and with German at C1 level, this is the job for you.
On this position you will handle incoming emails, create return orders in SAP, actively cooperate and communicate with respective stakeholders and customers prepare, as well as analyse reports, propose improvements, and participate in problem-solving initiatives. Previous experience in the customer support area is welcome but not required.
