For our client, an international company from the medical industry, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with English/ Spanish/ Portuguese.
Within this position you will be responsible for representing the company to internal customers via MS Teams/Zoom, supporting with product delivery, ensure timely deliveries and tracing lost shipments.
In this position you will also be responsible for handling returns as well as product complaints and credits.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English or Spanish or Portuguese (C2/C1 level).
Previous experience in customer service is also essential - min. 1 year. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
