Customer Service with Danish
location: Duchnice (near Ożarów Mazowiecki)
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing orders from customers
• Placing orders, checking the production status, sending materials and invoices to the customers
• Order verification, handing confirmation to the customers
• Checking whether the orders have been properly delivered
• Handling customer complaints, issuing corrective invoices
• Close cooperation with the Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Accounting Department
• Checking and correcting the ordered quantities
• Correcting invoices
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Danish minimum at B2 level
• Knowledge of English minimum B1 level
• Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Experience in working in customer service, helpdesk, call center will an asset
