🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality service as part of a collaborative customer service team
- Coordinating daily team operations and supporting leadership in planning and performance tracking
- Monitoring service levels and ensuring timely, effective responses to customer needs
- Acting as a go-to person for team members and stakeholders, helping resolve complex service-related queries
- Promoting knowledge sharing and supporting onboarding and training initiatives
- Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to digital transformation efforts
- Participating in cross-functional projects focused on innovation and efficiency
- Staying up to date with industry trends and helping shape the future of customer service tools and practices
🧠 What You Bring:
- Master’s degree
- Strong command of SAP/ ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service platforms and databases
- Strong customer orientation and a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages is required:
Slovak, Czech, Hungarian
