Customer Service Specialist

- Development and intensification of customer contacts
- Responsibility for Order-Management
- Planning and execution of shipment orders as well as their administrative execution
- Preparation and execution of written offers from customers
- Communication with international offices
Requirements:
- Fluent English mandatory (C1)
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and quick learner
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Ability to represent a positive and professional image
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and self-organized
