
Customer Service Specialist with GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Timely processing and follow-up of all incoming customer inquiries and online order,
- Review and adjust customer-related online orders in SAP and CRM,
- Advising and supporting customers,
- Support and consulting of sales and customer service,
- Relationship management,
- Positively position and promote sales of the entire product portfolio.
Expectations:
- Higher degree,
- Fluency in English and German language (min. B2),
- Previous experience in Customer Service,
- Knowlegde of MS Office, SAP, CRM- MS Dynamics,
- High level of professionalism and responsibility,
- Strong team player.
