You will be providing explanations in relation to customer issues and gaining and maintaining Client confidence and organization’s trust by developing efficient relationship.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English and French. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
