Customer Service Specialist with Dutch needed!Dutch speakers needed for international FMCG producer, position based in WarsawFor our Client, a global FMCG company, we are currently looking for Dutch speakers who want to join an international planning center.

Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for creation and management of manual orders, as well as order maintenance and delivery creation for Dutch customers. He/She will be cooperating with Logistics department to consolidate orders/deliveries into optimized shipments.

Additionally, Customer Service Specialist will develop customer communications and relations to simplify effective order fulfilment (such as launching new item, stock issues, investigating and resolving order management and delivery issues).

We are looking for young potentials who want to build and develop professional career within an international and friendly environment. The perfect Candidate possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of English and Dutch. Knowledge of SAP system and some professional experience in customer service/ logistics area could be an asset; however, it is not essential. If you are a fast-learner with the desire to succeed, do not hesitate and send your CV in English.
