Customer Service Specialist with Dutch Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Provide Security and/or Compliance support via multiple customer engagement channels,
- Respond to all customer service requirements,
- Ensure complex customer service,
- Provide general information,
- Solve everyday problems of customers.
Expectations:
- Great level of English and Dutch (minimum B2/C1),
- Excellent communication skills,
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
- Excellent computing skills,
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus,
- Interest in Cyber Security and IT fields is a plus.
